James Wayne Scherwitz has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Scherwitz's bond was set at $200. He is listed as living at 9449 Briar Forest in Houston (77063). Scherwitz was reportedly arrested on July 16, 2011 on 5 charges, including failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving with an invalID license, 2 events of no motorcycle license and oper motcyc w, o approv headgea.
