Christopher Allen Roth has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Roth's bond was set at $200. He is listed as living at 2234 Wwodland in Houston (77077). Roth was reportedly arrested on January 18, 2012 on 3 charges, including driving while intoxicated 1st offense bac .08, place, maintain unauthorized sign, dev and solicitation of employment, business from an occupant of a vehicle.
