Montgomery County arrests, Sept. 30

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Sept. 30:

Garrett Cole Benson, of 4415 Rosebay, Houston, TX 77018, was arrested on alleged charges of BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED and boating while intoxicated.

Allison Re Chancellor was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Chancellor's address is listed as 3019 Robinhood, Houston, TX 77005.

Ruben James Coffey, of 3523 Shanemoss Court, Houston, TX 77068, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Roel Hernandez, of 747 Gilpin, Houston, TX 77034, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Jacob Wayne Kay, of 3717 Castledale St., Houston, TX 77055, was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ
Stephanie Jan Obrient was arrested on alleged charges of FORGERY OF A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, forgery of a government document, FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING, failure to identify giving, FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO and false, fictitious information.
