Montgomery County arrests, Feb. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 9:

Mario Morale Aguilera, of 8822 Kentshire, Houston, TX 77078, was arrested on an alleged charge of manufacture, delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams).

Bret Alan Ashworth was arrested on an alleged charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence), judgement. Ashworth's address is listed as 9206 Melrose, Houston, TX 77022.

Ernesto Cerda, of Greensville And, Houston, TX 77015, was arrested on an alleged charge of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Chau Minh Duong was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated. Duong's address is listed as 1202 Sabine Brook Way, Houston, TX 77073.

Zynishia Shunt Fluker, of 6255 W. Airport Blvd. #5a, Houston, TX 77035, was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Rudy D. Henderson was arrested on an alleged charge of violation of parole. Henderson's address is listed as 7355 Eisenhower, Houston, TX 77033.
