Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 30-Feb. 5

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 5:

Angel Pompilio Barrios-Vargas, 30, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 2. His defense attorney is George Earl Renneberg.

Barrios-Vargas was arrested on Jan. 30 by Officer Wolfhagen G of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

On Feb. 4, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Barrios-Vargas is described as a 5-foot-9, 165 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 3, 1981, in HONDURAS, HD. His last known address is Greens Road, Houston.

Nathan Kyle Burkhardt, 19, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 2. His defense attorney is Gilbert G Garcia.

Burkhardt was arrested on Jan. 30 by Officer D Everton of the MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Jan. 31. The bond was released on Sept. 28.

The case was dismissed on Sept. 28.

Luis Miranda, 45, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 3. His defense attorney is William L Iii Pattillo.

Miranda was arrested on Jan. 31 by Officer Ward Adams of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS DANGEROUS DRUG*.

On Feb. 4, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Miranda is described as a 5-foot-5, 150 white 1 with gray hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 1, 1966, in MEXICO, Minnesota. His last known address is 6405 WeSt. waRoad, Houston.

Tiffany Rene Dillard, 35, plead Guilty to a charge of failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Feb. 14. Her defense attorney is Charles B Frye.

Dillard was arrested on Feb. 1 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE** and **RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $750 bond on Feb. 2. The bond was released on Oct. 25. On Oct. 25, the case was deferred.

Drummer Demarcco Donnell, 23, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Feb. 16.

Donnell was arrested on Feb. 2 by Officer S Sprague of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *POSS MARIJ Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on Feb. 3. The bond was forfeited on March 22. The bond was released on Oct. 6.

Ivan Ochoa, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 10. His defense attorney is Jeremy Dishongh.

Ochoa was arrested on Feb. 2 by Officer Judd Russell of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ Asap Bail Bonds posted a $1,500 bond on Feb. 2. The bond was released on March 22.

On March 22, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Ochoa is described as a 5-foot-6, 150 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 19, 1989, in Texas. His last known address is 8810 Waketa, Houston.

Amelie Castro, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of displaying a fictitious or counterfeit inspection certificate or insurance document, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Feb. 10. Her defense attorney is Willis Everett Smith.

Castro was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Teske of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *FICTITIOUS COUNTERFEIT INSP/INS DOC FOR DISPLAY*.

Lindley Reba Roslyn, 56, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Feb. 10. Her defense attorney is Grant Hardeway.
