Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 20-26:

Jaime Eduardo Lopez, 18, plead Not Guilty to a charge of filing a false report to a police officer or law enforcement employee, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 7. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Lopez was arrested on Feb. 20 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *FALSE REPRT TO PO /LAW ENFORCE EMPL*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Feb. 21. The bond was released on Aug. 25. The case was dismissed on Aug. 25.

Edwin Armando Elizalde, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 28. His defense attorney is Turner Max B Jr.

Elizalde was arrested on Feb. 23 by Officer Boutwell of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Feb. 23. The bond was forfeited on July 5. The bond was released on Nov. 21. On Nov. 8, the defendant received a straight fine.

Ronnie Race Shelby, 33, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on March 9. His defense attorney is Jeremy Dishongh.

Urbina was arrested on Feb. 23 by Officer J McGilbery of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE*.

Jose Antonio Cruz Jr., 19, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 2. His defense attorney is Anthony W Hernandez.
