Montgomery County misdemeanors, March 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of March 20-26:

Meadors Nolen Eric, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 4. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Eric was arrested on March 24 by Officer Hill of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *DUTY ON STRIKING UNATTENDED VEH*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on March 24. The bond was released on July 5. On July 5, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Eric is described as a 5-foot-11, 150 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on May 16, 1984, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 7139 White Oak Circle, Houston.

Zachary Thomas Nagle, 25, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 4. His defense attorney is Jeremy Finch.

Nagle was arrested on March 24 by Officer Brockhoeft M of the SHPD on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on March 24. The bond was released on June 28.

The case was dismissed on June 28.

Elizabeth Reyna, 18, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on March 31.

Reyna was arrested on March 24 by Officer Thomas Conklin of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 25. The bond was released on May 10.

On May 10, the case was deferred.

Jason Allen Wimberly, 34, plead Not Guilty to a charge of falsifying a drug test falsification device, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 5. His defense attorney is George Earl Renneberg.

Wimberly was arrested on March 24 by Officer Anthony Bautista of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE*.

The case was dismissed on April 29.
