Montgomery County misdemeanors, March 27-April 2

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of March 27-April 2:

Arturo Ochoa Perez, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 31.

Perez was arrested on March 28 by Officer Chapa J of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS MARIJ A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 3. The bond was released on Aug. 26.

On Aug. 26, the case was deferred.

Perez is described as a 5-foot-7, 180 white 1 with gray hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 28, 1971, in Minnesota. His last known address is 738 Ridgeland Court, Houston.

Johnnisia Joyce Bowman, 36, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on May 25. Her defense attorney is Douglas W Atkinson.

Bowman was arrested on March 29 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **THEFT PROP>=$50Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 1.

Bowman is described as a 5-foot-1, 150 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on August 6, 1975, in , Louisiana. Her last known address is 5518 ForeSt. HAve. n, Houston.

Lester Raul Guerra, 52, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 7. His defense attorney is Adrienne Ellen Frazior.

Guerra was arrested on March 29 by Officer Rivera of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS MARIJ A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 30. The bond was released on Sept. 26.

On Sept. 26, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Guerra is described as a 5-foot-9, 160 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 29, 1959, in Texas. His last known address is 1911 Des JaRoad ines, Houston.

Victor Manuel Lopez, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 7. His defense attorney is Ruben Franco.

Lopez was arrested on March 29 by Officer Doug Houstoun of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50

On April 29, the case was deferred.

Leyton Raul Rengifo-Orozco, 36, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 7. His defense attorney is Ruben Franco.

Rengifo-Orozco was arrested on March 29 by Officer Doug Houstoun of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50

On April 29, the case was deferred.

John Lee Green, 22, was charged with $500 on April 7. His defense attorney is Judson Tucker.

Chase Evans, 24, plead Not Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 24.

Evans was arrested on April 1 by the SHPD on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20Asap Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on April 3. The bond was released on May 25.

The case was dismissed on May 25.
