Montgomery County misdemeanors, April 3-9

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of April 3-9:

Jasquinne Maxamillion Brown, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 12.

Brown was arrested on April 5 by Officer Marti of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On April 15, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Brown is described as a 5-foot-11, 220 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 29, 1992, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 3709 Hairyman, Houston.

Columbria Nicole Cash, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on April 12. Her defense attorney is Ruben Franco (Jr.).

Cash was arrested on April 5 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 8. The bond was forfeited on Aug. 8. The bond was released on Jan. 17.

On Jan. 20, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Cash is described as a 5-foot-3, 165 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on September 24, 1985, in Texas. Her last known address is 3709 Hurriman St., Houston.

Dario Monreal Barron, 44, was charged with 6701-167 speeding and 4200-208 failure to appear on Dec. 6. His defense attorney is Leonard B Derosa.

Barron was arrested on April 6 by the CRPD on charges of *SPEEDING* and *FAILURE TO APPEAR*.

Derosa, Leonard B posted a $266.10 bond on Oct. 21.

He was born on February 24, 1967. His last known address is 5906 LancaSt. er St., Houston.

Sergio Arturo Martinez, 25, plead Not Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 14. His defense attorney is Douglas W Atkinson.

Martinez was arrested on April 8 by Officer Schmaltz T of the SHPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on May 12. The case was dismissed on May 11.

Cody Lee Caesar, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 14. His defense attorney is Thomas B . Preston.

Caesar was arrested on April 9 by Officer C Cullar of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 9. The bond was released on Aug. 10.

The final judgment was on Aug. 10.

Juan Raymond Calderini, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 14.

Calderini was arrested on April 9 by Officer Corcoran A of the GW on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On April 15, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Calderini is described as a 5-foot-7, 150 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 17, 1986, in HONDURAS, HD. His last known address is 1330 Hartwick, Houston.

Del Aaron John Rosario, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 14.

Rosario was arrested on April 9 by Officer Schmaltz of the SHPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on April 10. The bond was released on July 8. On July 8, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
