Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 2-8

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 2-8:

Samantha Lizbeth Bryant, 18, was charged with assault causing bodily injury (family violence) on Oct. 6. Her defense attorney is Lawrence C McCotter.

Bryant was arrested on Oct. 3 by Officer Williams of the WIPD on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE*. Police reported one victim.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Oct. 15.

Bryant is described as a 5-foot-5, 170 B with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on December 20, 1993, in Texas. Her last known address is 3600 Rosewood Drive ive, Houston.

Jose Tzul, 28, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 6. His defense attorney is Lawrence McCotter.

Tzul was arrested on Oct. 3 by Officer Tullis of the SHPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

On Oct. 14, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Tzul is described as a 5-foot-3, 157 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on June 7, 1983, in GT. His last known address is 6130 Sw Freeway # 105, Houston.

Earnest James Butler Jr., 22, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 10.

Butler was arrested on Oct. 4 by Officer Brooks of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Oct. 5. The bond was released on Nov. 21.

On Nov. 15, the defendant received a straight fine.

Butler is described as a 6-foot-1, 195 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 7, 1989, in SAN ANTONIO, Texas. His last known address is 905 Cypress St. ation Drive ive #702, Houston.

Joseph Espinoza, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 12.

Espinoza was arrested on Oct. 6 by Officer Danny Dickson of the MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Oct. 7. The bond was forfeited on Nov. 15.

Espinoza is described as a 5-foot-8, 155 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 11, 1990, in Texas. His last known address is 1209 Morris, Houston.

Ryan Kyle Hobbs, 27, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 12. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Michael Allen Koehler, 40, was charged with assault causing bodily injury (family violence) on Oct. 12. His defense attorney is R Bennett. Todd.

Jose Luis Ramirez, 22, was charged with making a terroristic threat against public servant and driving while intoxicated on Oct. 13. His defense attorney is Ralph Edward Alvarez.

Jonathan Michael Scheel, 38, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 12.

Aaron Christopher Stanley, 20, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 13. His defense attorney is Wendy Featherston-Fontenot.
