Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 9-15

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 9-15:

Garrett Keith Sellars, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 20. His defense attorney is Douglas W Atkinson.

Sellars was arrested on Oct. 9 by Officer Thomas Conklin of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Cash Bond posted a $600 bond on Oct. 9.

Sellars is described as a 5-foot-5, 165 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 18, 1988, in Texas. His last known address is 9918 Hambleton Way Circle, Houston.

Dominique Kipriss Gould, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of failure to identify as a fugitive and intent to give false information she was charged with on Oct. 13. Her defense attorney is Turner Max B Jr.

Gould was arrested on Oct. 10 by Officer Niklas of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSO INFO*.

On Oct. 14, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Gould is described as a 5-foot-5, 104 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on March 4, 1989, in Texas. Her last known address is 15710 Kiplands Bends Drive ive, Houston.

Lacresha Shautrel Banks, 26, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Oct. 20. Her defense attorney is Michael K Aduddell.

Banks was arrested on Oct. 11 by Officer Stafford of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Juan Gonzalez, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 20. His defense attorney is Samuel J Jr Cuming.

Gonzalez was arrested on Oct. 11 by Officer Landriault J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO*.

On Oct. 21, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Joseph Landry Vowels, 57, was charged with criminal trespassing in a habitation, shelter or infrastructure on May 5.
