Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 23-29

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 23-29:

Sonya Marie Ronken, 40, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 27. Her defense attorney is Mark Thering.

Ronken was arrested on Oct. 23 by Officer Lopez J of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Oct. 24.

Ronken is described as a 5-foot-2, 135 white with blond hair and brown eyes. She was born on December 23, 1971, in Texas. Her last known address is 16051 Hidden Acres, Houston.

Jeremy Leonard Sanchez, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 27.

Sanchez was arrested on Oct. 23 by Officer B Veith of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ Set'Em Free Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Oct. 24.

Sanchez is described as a 5-foot-7, 245 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 8, 1990, in SAN ANTONIO, Texas. His last known address is 10210 Autumn Meadow Lane, Houston.

Teddy Joe Lopez, 31, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 27. His defense attorney is Michael Kemp Aduddell.

Lopez was arrested on Oct. 24 by Officer Jonathan Walker of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $1,000 bond on Oct. 25.

David Wayne Towe, 55, was charged with harassment on April 4. His defense attorney is Cris W Craft.

Towe was arrested on Oct. 27 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *HARASSMENT *. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Cash Bond posted a $600 bond on Oct. 27.

David Claude Fleming, 36, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Nov. 17.
