Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 30-Nov. 5

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 30-Nov. 5:

Irma Morelos Castillo, 34, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated BAC greater than .15) she was charged with on Nov. 2. Her defense attorney is Ira Perz.

Castillo was arrested on Oct. 30 by Officer Adams of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >= 0.15*.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Oct. 30. The bond was released on Jan. 23. The final judgment was on Jan. 23.

Castillo is described as a 5-foot-1, 150 with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on September 2, 1977, in Minnesota. Her last known address is 7021 Finn St., Houston.

Steven Douglas Moore, 41, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Nov. 17. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Moore was arrested on Oct. 30 by Officer Kennelly of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND* and *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Yasmara Yaneth Diaz, 17, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Dec. 8.

Diaz was arrested on Nov. 2 by Officer Doug Houstoun of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Nov. 3. The bond was released on Dec. 13.

On Dec. 13, the case was deferred.

Justin Kaine Loper, 27, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Nov. 16.
