Diogo Dossantos Ingles was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), speeding, failure to produce a driver's license on demand and driving with expired registration on October 16, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Ingles, a 20 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 17, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 2345 Bering #744.
