Pro Baseball: Koby A. Clemens, Oklahoma City Redhawks

Koby A. Clemens pitched four innings, striking out five and allowing six earned runs Thursday in the Oklahoma City Redhawks's 7-6 loss to the Omaha Storm Chasers. Clemens graduated from Houston Memorial High School.

The son of former Major League all-star and Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens, he is a 2005 graduate of Memorial High School and an eighth-round (254th overall) selection of his hometown Houston Astros in the 2005 Major League Baseball draft. In 2009, Clemens was named California League all-star catcher, high-A all-star DH and the Astros' minor league player of the year after hitting .345 with 45 doubles, six triples, 22 home runs and 121 RBIs for Lancaster. Clemens was born Dec. 4, 1986 in Houston.
