John Allen Link was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams), theft between $1,500 and $20,000 and possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) on March 28, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Link, a 49 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on March 29, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 15135 Memorial #121.
