A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams), expired driverattendant driver's license, driving with an invalid license and speeding on April 18, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Joel Wade Rawlinson, 53 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 19, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 14800 Memorial #218.
