Taylor Clay Merchant was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) and possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) on October 2, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Merchant, a 21 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 2, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 1415 N Eldridge Pkwy 2.
