Frank Dana Hicks Iii was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on October 24, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Hicks, a 23 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 25, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 1333 Eldridge Parkwa.
