Marcelo Vega Covarrubias was arrested on a charge of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance) on January 23, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Covarrubias, a 51 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 24, 2011 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides at 8324 El Rod. Read more...
