Tom Wayne Luedemann was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08) on January 9, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 9-15

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 9-15:

Jose Alfredo Leon, 34, plead Guilty to a charge of failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13.

Leon was arrested on Jan. 9 by Officer Ryan Simpson of the Splendora Police Department on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO* and *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

A-Fast Bail Bond Co posted a $500 bond on Jan. 10. The bond was released on Feb. 23.

On Feb. 23, the defendant received a straight fine.

Leon is described as a 5-foot-5, 170 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 23, 1978, in Minnesota. His last known address is 6616 Linde St., Houston.

David Allen Bollom, 49, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Bollom was arrested on Jan. 10 by Officer Gray J of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 11. The bond was released on Aug. 23.

On Aug. 23, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Bollom is described as a 5-foot-8, 145 white 1 with blond hair and hazel eyes. He was born on November 6, 1962, in Texas. His last known address is 15915 Kuykendahl Road #714, Houston.

Andreica Mechell Bennett, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Jan. 18.

Bennett was arrested on Jan. 11 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50<$500*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 12. The bond was released on March 22.

On March 22, the defendant received a straight fine.

Bennett is described as a 5-foot-4, 120 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on September 13, 1992, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 10445 Greens Crossing #527, Houston.

Patrick A. Lewis, 47, plead Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Dec. 9. His defense attorney is Paul M Brown.

Lewis was arrested on Jan. 12 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20<$500 BY CHECK*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

On Jan. 14, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Willie Roy Edward Jr., 36, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on Jan. 28. His defense attorney is Ron Voyles.

Lawrence Daniel Olivarez, 48, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 24.

Calyn Elise Braughton, 18, plead Not Guilty to a charge of engage in organized criminal act she was charged with on Jan. 20. Her defense attorney is Tay E Bond.

Braughton was arrested on Jan. 14 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ENGAGE IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACT* and **THEFT PROP>=$50<$500**.
