The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Oct. 1:

Furman Spencer Capps, of 9535 Pineland Road, Houston, TX 77044, was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ >2OZ<=4OZ and possession of marijuana, 2 to 4 ounces.

James Russe Dedenport, of 2613 Enclave At Shaddy Acres, Houston, TX 77008, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Gregorio Lopez Mendez was arrested on alleged charges of THEFT PROP>=$500<$1,500 and property theft (greater than $500, less than $1,500). Mendez's address is listed as 1634 Antoine Drive, Houston, TX 77055.

Juan Cintreras Puente was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Puente's address is listed as 4913 Vanzandt, Houston, TX 77093.
