Michael Lee Hicks was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 3:40 a.m. on Dec. 3, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged charges against the 26-year-old white female are listed as possession of marijuana <2 ounces and resisting arrest, search or transport.

Hicks's address is listed as 4823 Beau Ln., Houston, Texas 77037.
