Koby A. Clemens went 0 for 3, scored a run and was walked once in the Oklahoma City Redhawks's 5-4 loss to the Omaha Storm Chasers on Saturday. Clemens graduated from Houston Memorial High School.

The son of former Major League all-star and Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens, he is a 2005 graduate of Memorial High School and an eighth-round (254th overall) selection of his hometown Houston Astros in the 2005 Major League Baseball draft. Benjamin Davis Theriot went 0 for 2 in the Northwest Arkansas Naturals's 11-5 loss at the Springfield Cardinals on Saturday. Theriot graduated from WestsiDE High School.

A 2006 graduate of Westside High School, Theriot played three seasons (2007 to 2009) at Texas State. He batted .295 with one home run and 14 RBIs for the Bobcats as a freshman, 2007, before hitting .339 with three home runs while driving in 45 runs as a sophomore, 2008. In 2009, Theriot batted .341 with six home runs and 36 RBIs as a senior. He was selected by the Kansas City Royals in the ninth round (272nd overall) of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft. He quickly advanced through the Royals' system beginning 2010 at Burlington of the Midwest League (A) before advancing to High-A at Wilimington of the Carolina League and ending the year at Double-A with NW Arkansas of the Texas League. The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 31-Aug. 6:

In Hyuk Choi, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury he was charged with on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Dean Gehring.

Choi was arrested on July 31 by Officer Kennerly of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ*. Police reported one victim.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Aug. 1. The bond was released on Dec. 12.

On Dec. 12, the case was deferred.

Choi is described as a 5-foot-10, 185 A 1 with black hair and black eyes. He was born on February 23, 1980, in KOREA, KR. His last known address is 101 Hollow Tree Lane # 9204, Houston.

Kathleen Louise Griffin, 46, was charged with boating while intoxicated on Aug. 8. Her defense attorney is Stephen D Jackson.

Griffin was arrested on July 31 by Officer Allen Biggerstaff of the TX PARKS AND WILDLIFE on charges of *BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED*.
