The son of former Major League all-star and Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens, he is a 2005 graduate of Memorial High School and an eighth-round (254th overall) selection of his hometown Houston Astros in the 2005 Major League Baseball draft. In 2009, Clemens was named California League all-star catcher, high-A all-star DH and the Astros' minor league player of the year after hitting .345 with 45 doubles, six triples, 22 home runs and 121 RBIs for Lancaster. Seaton is a 2008 graduate of Second Baptist High School and a third-round selection (109th overall) in the 2008 Major League Baseball draft by the Houston Astros. He began his pro career in 2008 pitching in three games for Greenville Houston's rookie team in the Appalachian League. Seaton posted a 13.50 ERA in four innings. Ahrens is a 2007 graduate of Memorial High School and was named a first-team high school all-American left fielder as a senior (2007). He was a first-round draft pick (16th overall) of the Toronto Blue Jays in the 2007 Major League Baseball draft.
