Walker was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated 1st offense bac .08, criminal mischief between $1,500 and $20,000 and aggravated assault of a family member on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Walker, a 73-year-old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 17 and is facing class B misdemeanor, state felony and 2nd degree felony charges. He resides at 1555 Beaconshire.
