A three-bedroom home at 610 Grecian Way in Piney Point Village has been sold to Dr. Ramy Mankarious and his wife.

Built in 1962, the 4,072-square-foot, three-bath mid-century home features refurbished hardwood floors, a redone kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a wall of windows. There is a waterfall in the pool and the master retreat has a sitting area and new carpet. The den features a fireplace.
