The Forum at Memorial Woods understands that residents value their health and fitness. Through Five Star Rehabilitation and Wellness, The Forum offers a range of wellness and rehabilitation services supporting residents’ everyday activities and goals.

Residents at The Forum can take advantage of numerous wellness services, from individualized fitness programs and exercise groups to health education, strength training and more.

Rehabilitation and therapy can also be accomplished on site under a doctor’s order. The Forum staff can assist with pain management, orthopedic rehabilitation, memory enhancement, strength, coordination and more.

Home environment and safety evaluations by The Forum’s staff support residents in their goals to stay strong and safe. Both outpatient therapy and short-term inpatient stays are available.
