HS boys basketball preview: Westbury Christian vs. St. Thomas

Westbury Christian will battle St. Thomas in boys basketball action on Saturday.

Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Westbury Christian.

Westbury Christian has a 25-1 record on the season and is 4-0 in district play. On Tuesday, the Westbury Christian Wildcats beat Emery/Weiner, 72-28, as Delvin Dickerson scored 12 points for Westbury Christian.

St. Thomas is 14-6 on the year and 4-0 in district. On Tuesday, St. Thomas beat St. John’s, 40-38, as Chase Brogna scored 16 points for St. Thomas.

After Saturdays game, Westbury Christian plays at Pope John XXIII on Monday.

St. Thomas’ next game is at Christian on Friday.
