HS boys basketball preview: Awty International vs. Second Baptist

Awty International will battle Second Baptist in boys basketball action on Tuesday.

Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Awty International.    

Awty International has a 0-3 record on the season and is 0-2 in district play. Last Tuesday, Awty International lost to Sugar Land Fort Bend Baptist, 82-43, as Jonathan Freeman scored 18 points.

Second Baptist is 10-10 on the year and 1-1 in district. On Thursday, Second Baptist beat Emery/Weiner, 90-49, as Charles Allen scored 25 points.

After Tuesday's game, Awty International next plays Lutheran North next Tuesday.

Second Baptist next plays Concordia Lutheran on Friday.
