KBR to serve as lead sponsor for March of Dimes walk
A global engineering company has recently announced that it will be the lead sponsor for the 40th March for Babies in Houston.
KBR, a global engineering, construction and services company, has recently announced that it will be the presenting sponsor for 2011’s March for Babies walk.
KBR President Bill Utt said that the March of Dimes mission aligns perfectly with KBR's charitable focus on global health issues. As a company, KBR recognizes the invaluable support and services March of Dimes provides to families, working to improve the health of babies worldwide, according to the press release.
March for Babies will take place on May 1, beginning at 8 a.m. The 5-mile walk starts at 9 a.m. at the University of Houston’s Robertson Stadium. To donate, participate or form a team for the walk, visit www.marchforbabies.org.
