Contractor sought for Spring Branch ISD upgrades
The Spring Branch Independent School District is accepting bids on three renovation projects with a total estimated budget of $30 million.
The renovations are the latest in Spring Branch ISD's voter-approved, $597.1 million "2007 Bond Plan."
Bids will be accepted through March 3 for an upgrade project with an estimated $8.5 million budget at Spring Branch Middle School and for an upgrade project with an estimated $12 million budget at Northbrook Middle School. The Houston architecture, engineering and planning firm PBK will be overseeing the work.
A pre-proposal conference for the Spring Branch and Northbrook renovations is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 22, at 1:30 p.m. at the school district's Planning and Construction Department, 1066 Gessner, Building A.
Bids will be accepted through March 8 on an upgrade project with an estimated $9.5 million budget at Spring Forest Middle School. Pfluger Associates Architects is overseeing this project.
