Memorial Fuddruckers sued over toe injury
A Memorial resident is suing Fuddruckers after, she says, the restaurant’s bathroom door collapsed and crushed her third left toe.
Rebekkah Adkins filed a lawsuit on March 15 in the Harris County District Court against Fuddruckers Inc., alleging negligence.
Adkins says that on March 21, 2009, she was seriously injured while frequenting the Fuddruckers located at 10500 Town and Country Way in Memorial. According to the brief, Adkins entered Fuddruckers’ restroom, but when she opened a toilet stall door, it collapsed on her foot, smashing her third left toe.
Adkins is seeking all damages to which she is entitled and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Richard Cobb.
