HS Volleyball: Westside defeats Milby

Westside defeated Milby in District 20-5A volleyball action Tuesday.

The Wolves, 3-6 overall and 1-0 in district play, won the match in three games.

Brittany Gilpin had 11 kills in the win for Westside, who will visit Westbury on Friday at 6 p.m.

Tuesday's loss dropped Milby to 0-1 on the year and 0-1 in district games.

Mariano Elizabeth had three kills in the loss for the Buffaloes, who will host Bellaire on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
