HS Football: St. Thomas falls to Strake Jesuit
Strake Jesuit defeated St. Thomas in high school football action Saturday.
The Crusaders, 1-0, won the game 31-26, after leading 10-6 at halftime.
Quarterback Tyler Schiro threw touchdown passes of 11 and 37 yards. Running Back Jordan Underwood rushed for 92 yards and had two touchdowns to help the team to victory.
Strake Jesuit will visit Dallas Jesuit at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Quarterback Justin Sebo had a great game for St. Thomas in the loss Saturday. He went 24-49 for 321 yards and four touchdown passes. Wide receiver Calvin Biggio caught nine passes for 171 yards and an 80-yard touchdown reception.
St. Thomas will host Episcopal at 7 p.m. on Friday.
