HS Volleyball Preview: Lamar vs. Westside

Lamar visits Westside in District 20-5A volleyball action Tuesday.

The Redskins, 5-2 overall and 2-0 in district play, defeated Chavez in three games Friday.   Sydney Gillespie leads the team with 2.69 kills per game.   After playing Westside, Lamar will visit Westfield on Friday at 4:30 p.m.   The Wolves, 3-6 on the year and 1-0 in district play, defeated Milby in three games Tuesday.   Robyn Shannon leads the club with four kills per game.   Following the Lamar game, Westside will visit Madison on Friday at 5:45 p.m.   Tuesday’s match is slated for 6:15 p.m.
