Italian restaurant appoints chef for new Memorial location
Gugliani’s has named Joaquin Alcocer as the executive chef of its Memorial-area location.
Alcocer will prepare a daily selection of fresh fish, along with grilled lamb chops, pork tenderloin and Angus steaks, among other dishes.
“Our Memorial location will have a contemporary design and offer seafood, lamb and pork dishes, as well as specialty pizzas and seasonal hand-crafted raviolis that spotlight Chef Joaquin’s skills in developing flavorful, well-prepared and presented menu items at a neighborhood-friendly value,” said Gregg Gugenheim, who will oversee operations.
Gugliani’s is located directly across from Memorial Hermann Hospital Memorial City in the new Shops at Memorial City in the 12000 block of Kingsride Road at Gessner.
Gugliani’s will be open daily for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday brunch, and is available for dine-in, take-out and delivery
