Local attorneys attain board certification in tax law

Deidra Wilson Hubenak and David Gair of Looper Reed and McGraw have been board certified in tax law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Hubenak is an attorney and certified accountant. For more than 20 years, she has been providing assistance in tax planning to multinationals. She has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.

Gair's focus is on taxation. He also has experience representing clients in criminal matters. He has represented clients such as the United States District Courts, the Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Tax Court. In his practice, Gair provides assistance with business tax planning, entity formation, acquisitions and more.
