United Way, ExxonMobil celebrate 10th anniversary of preschool program
The United Way of Greater Houston and ExxonMobil held a 10-year anniversary celebration Jan. 25 for their joint Bright Beginnings preschool program.
The children’s event was held at United Way of Greater Houston, 50 Waugh Drive, in Houston.
Students, teachers and United Way and ExxonMobil officials attended the event, which featured face painting, a children’s book reading and birthday cake.
Bright Beginnings provides preschool education to local children from low-income families.
The program was established in 2002 by United Way of Greater Houston and ExxonMobil.
