Datacert honored for philanthropy

Houston-based Datacert received a Special Appreciation award from the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta for its charitable donations to the nonprofit.

Datacert, a global provider of legal management software and services, was recognized for providing the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta with its technology platform and management system. The donation allowed the nonprofit, which provides free legal services to other nonprofits serving low-income and underprivileged communities, to expand its staff as demand for its services increases.

Datacert's Jared Lane, vice president of North American sales, was on hand at the Pro Bono Partnership's sixth annual Volunteer & Donor Appreciation Reception on Jan. 25 to receive the award.
