Firefighters respond to early morning fire
A fire in west Houston early morning on Friday, Feb. 10 caused about $90,000 worth of damage and no injuries.
About 20 firefighters from the Houston Fire Department responded to the fire on the 9700 block of Cedardale at 2 a.m. The firefighters saw smoke coming from the home, and fire was visible from a back room. A resident made it out of the home, and the firefighters had the fire out in about 25 minutes.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
