Spring Valley Walmart named in slip-and-fall suit
Walmart is being sued over claims a stray grape caused a customer to be injured at its Spring Valley location.
Olga Barrientos filed a premises liability lawsuit on Feb. 10 in Harris County District Court against Walmart Stores of Texas.
Barrientos says on Aug. 29, 2011, she suffered injuries when she slipped and fell on a grape while shopping at the Spring Valley Walmart, located at 7960 Longpoint.
Barrientos is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Baytown attorney Paul Klinger, Jr.
Harris County District Court Case No. 2012-08445.
