Memorial woman sues Heights company over alleged fall
A Memorial woman is suing over claims unsafe conditions at a Heights-area business caused an injurious fall.
Memorial resident Ana Ramirez filed a lawsuit on Feb. 16 in Harris County District Court against Lamar Green Partners, of Heights, citing negligence.
Ramirez says on Jan. 12, she sustained injuries when she fell through the floor at a property the defendant owned, located at 4304 Schuler St. in Heights. According to the brief, Lamar Green failed to warn her of the dangerous floor conditions.
Ramirez is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Javier Marcos, Jr.
Harris County District Court Case No. 2012-09890.
