Westside and Lamar grads aid McPherson in win
Lamar High School alum Samson Shivers and Westside High School alum D'onte Woods contributed to McPherson College's 73-62 basketball win over Bethany College on Saturday.
Shivers, who graduated from Lamar in 2010, tallied five points, six rebounds and an assist.
Woods, a 2010 graduate of Westside High School, added two points and three assists.
McPherson is entering their conference tournament with a 27-3 record.
