Memorial H.E.B. blamed for injurious fall
A Harris County woman is suing over claims H.E.B. Food failed to offer customers a safe shopping environment at its Memorial location.
Pauline Anderson filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, April 10 in the Harris County District Court against H.E.B. Food Stores, citing negligence.
Anderson says on Nov. 21, 2010, she sustained serious injuries when she slipped and fell while grocery shopping at H.E.B., located at 11815 Westheimer Road in Memorial. According to the brief, store employees left a slippery liquid on the floor, which caused her accident.
Anderson is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Lynn Alan Shepherd.
