HS softball: Cy-Fair defeats Memorial

Cy-Fair defeated Memorial 9-7 in high school softball playoff action on Thursday, in a Class 5A bi-district matchup.

With the win, Cy-Fair improves to 24-5 overall and 17-1 in district play, and will continue on in the playoffs.

Laura Driskill picked up the win.  

With the loss, Memorial drops to 18-10 overall and 6-4 in district play.

Ashley Pilcher took the loss.
