Memorial resident sued over boat
A Memorial man is being sued over claims he refuses to give back a boat that is not rightfully his.
Frank A. Herzik filed a lawsuit on May 17 in Harris County District Court against Memorial resident Clint Russell, citing conversion.
Herzik says Russell refuses to give him back his boat and, according to the brief, if the court does not intervene, Russell will not take care of the boat and it will continue to deteriorate and depreciate in value.
Herzik is seeking injunctive relief and other relief to which he may be entitled. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Jeffrey Gillespie.
