Memorial Jack in the Box named in slip-and-fall suit
A woman is suing after, she says, she sustained serious injuries at a Memorial-area Jack in the Box.
Irene King filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, May 23 in the Harris County District Court against AA Management, citing negligence.
King says on Aug. 9, 2010, she was seriously injured at the defendant's Jack in the Box, located at 9645 Westheimer in Memorial, when she slipped and fell on a liquid substance carelessly left on the floor. The restaurant is to blame because it should have cleaned up the floor or posted a sign of warning, according to the brief.
King is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Kevin Adley.
