Arrest report for May 24-26

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Thursday, May 24 to Saturday, May 26:

A Houston man was arrested and charged with trespassing on property or in a building (no departure) on May 24, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Friday, May 25 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

A Houston man is facing class C misdemeanor charges of operating vehicle unauthorized by class of license, failure to control speed, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and failure to attend school after being arrested on May 24, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, resides on Woodway Drive. He was booked on May 24.

A man was arrested on a charge of attempted burglary habitation on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 21-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 26 and is facing a state felony charge.

A woman was arrested on a charge of prostitution nonpublic offender on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 27-year-old white female was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 26 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides on Katy Freeway.

A woman was arrested on charges of theft between $50-$500 and possession of less than one gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old white female was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 26 and is facing class B misdemeanor and state felony charges. She resides on Kellywood Lane.

A man was arrested on a charge of theft ($1,500-$20,000) on May 25, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 56-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 25 and is facing a state felony charge.

A man was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on May 26, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 26 and is facing misdemeanor charges.
