CenterPoint announces June events
CenterPoint of Houston will host three free events June 15-16.
"Crystal Bowl Meditation" will be offered at 7 p.m. June 15. Spiritual guidance counselor Heather Hurd will teach methods of meditation, relaxation and mind easing with crystal bowls.
"Intro to Human Sexuality" will meet from 7-9 p.m. June 15. A theologian and psychologist will explore igniting the passion and connecting to the divine through sexuality.
The Psychic and Holistic Health Expo will run from 1-5 p.m. June 16. This event will explore alternative treatments, healing nutrition, acupressure, foot reflexology and more.
All three classes will be held at CenterPoint, located at 1920 Hollister in Houston.
